[ Satoko Kataoka [ successfully completed the Japanese Teachers' Training
Diploma Course at Regent's College, London, having been examined by the
University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES) in March 1997.
After completing this course she taught Japanese Language in London before
returning to Japan to establish i Japanese School. Currently, the principal is also involved in setting
up study programmes for foreign students at Beppu University.

write, understand and communicate in Japanese language with confidence.
Lessons are based on modern teaching techniques which will prepare students
to take the Japan Foundation Japanese Language Proficiency Test in December
of each year. Success in this examination will result in the
award of an internationally accredited qualification.
However, it is not obligatory to take this examination and lessons
can be tailored to suit the needs of the individual student.
