During the recognised Japanese holiday periods (Summer- July/August, Christmas, Spring- March, Golden week- first week in May) students must advice the school at least one week in advance of any holiday periods they intend to take. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the course fee continuing to be made during the period of absence. This requirement may be waived under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Principal.

Lessons may be held on public holidays if requested by the class. Students who are unable to attend a class held on a public holiday will be offered the lesson on an alternative date.

All fees are payable in advance.
All fees are non-refundable.
Course fees do not include the Japan Foundation Examination fee.
We do not accept payment by credit card.
In the event that a student does not attend four classes in a row, without making contact with the school, they must re-book their class.

Certificate and Recommendation

We will provide a certificate and recommendation when students leave the school.
The Certificate and Recommendation may assist in finding employment or for entering graduate Universities. Please allow us at least 2 weeks to complete them.
